Journey of Yoga

Journey of Yoga is Maggie Knoedler Rueda. Maggie is certified as a yoga instructor, personal fitness trainer and Reiki III practitioner.  Her classes are inspired by Ashtanga and Iyengar style yoga, and flow with the breath to build heat in the body and then holding postures with a focus on alignment and the multiple dimensions of the body.  She is a compassionate and nurturing teacher who creates intelligently sequenced flowing classes, that are challenging, safe, fun, engaging, supportive, and spiritual.
